Please note, Indoor Christmas Mini sessions will not be taking place this year due to Covid 19.  We take your safety and ours very seriously and we think the best way to keep everyone safe is to focus on our outdoor offer.

ADDITIONAL INFO FOR OUTDOOR CHRISTMAS MINIS -
Christmas Mini Sessions are £150 and this price includes THREE high resolution digital images of your choice via digital download. Sessions will include a number of different set ups around our magical Christmas tree stall and beautiful 'non-Christmassy' images of your little ones together and seperately.  Each session lasts approx. 20 minutes.  The session times are strictly limited so please arrive at your allocated time.  Sessions are for sibling groups only and babies MUST be sitting confidently to take part in these sessions.  To include counsins/extended family, please see below.
FAMILY PORTRAITS

We have had a number of requests to include family portraits in our mini sessions and so we are giving families the option to include this for the first time.  To book, firstly please add your chosen Christmas Mini to your basket.  Then, please scroll to the bottom of this page and add the Family Portrait to your basket. For additional information about this add on, please click the family image.

INCLUDING YOUR DOG YOUR CHRISTMAS MINI SESSION
Families will once again be able to bring upto two dogs to take part in their photoshoot.  There will be an additional fee of £25 to include your dog which covers the additional time required in editing and photoshopping - we know from experience that our little furry friends have minds of their own when it comes to having their photo taken!!  To book, firstly please add your chosen Christmas Mini to your cart.  Secondly, please scroll to the bottom of the page and add the 'Include my dog' add on to your basket.  Then please proceed to check-out as normal.  You may also add a family portrait to your cart if you wish.  
Please note, it will be the owners responsibility to clear up after their dog and any damages must be paid for.  We will aim to include your dog(s) in the non-christmassy portrait and a Christmas shot depending on their behaviour!!!
 
COUSIN GROUPS
We understand that families often wish to capture an image of cousins together to gift to their grandparents at Christmas time.  We would please ask that cousins book two sessions side by side so that each family will have the full Christmas mini experience and we will then capture a natural portrait of the cousins together in between the two shoots.  The cousin shot will be included in the online galleries for both families.  For any questions regarding cousins, please message us via our facebook page.
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Christmas Mini Fee of £150 covers the session time, use of our set and props and 3 high resolution digital images of your choice which are downloaded directly to your computer. Your images will be sent to you via an email link around 3 weeks after your session. Should you wish to purchase additional digital images and gift prints/Christmas cards these will be available at a reduced rate. Full details will be emailed alongside your gallery (additional purchases are optional and not compulsory).  It is our intention to go ahead whatever the weather. We have cover for our set and will only cancel sessions if we feel the weather poses a risk or will make your little ones too uncomfortable. In this eventuality we will contact you with as much notice as we can and work with you to offer you an alternative session at a convenient time. We also cannot guarantee certain lighting conditions for your session, your images may be lit differently to those you see on this listing (it actually rained on the day our model's images were shot but you would never know it!).  Be reassured I am an experienced outdoor photographer and know exactly how to work all the different lighting and weather conditions to create beautiful images for you.  These are mini sessions and unfortunately we won't be able to allocate more than 30 minutes to one particular family.  We will do our absolute best to capture beautiful images of your little ones during your allocated time.
 
BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Please enter children's NAMES and AGES plus your contact number in the notes section when booking, you will be emailed confirmation and location information along with a session guide before your session date. All sessions will be photographed by myself on the land of my studio in Cranage, Holmes Chapel using my purpose built Christmas tree farm set up.Please read full TERMS & CONDITIONS in the T&Cs section of this online store BEFORE booking this session. Your booking implies that you have read, fully understand and agree to the T&Cs. Unfortunately once booked, mini session dates / times cannot be moved or cancelled and are non refundable.
 
ON THE DAY
Please bring lots of clothing layers so we can add/remove layers depending on the weather!! Wooly jumpers/cardigans compliment the set perfectly but please have coats on hand should your little ones need them. Christmas jumpers/hats can be worn for the Christmas Tree Stall images and removed for the non-christmassy images if you wish!! It may also be worth packing a few toys or snacks (bribes) in case they're needed!!!
Please advise me of any additional needs prior to your session so that I can make sure everything is in place and as straight forward as possible during your session (e.g sound / light / sensory sensitivities).
COVID 19
We have fully risk assessed our Outdoor Crhristmas Mini sessions and are confident they are Covid safe.  We would ask all families to wait in their car when they arrive for their session to give the family before them time to leave.  We will then disinfect the waiting area before welcoming you and your littles ones indoors.  Those of you that have had Christmas sessions in the past will know that our helper Sarah assists with posing little ones throughout the session.  Sarah will wear a mask for all sessions this year and will also hand sanitise at the beginning and end of every session.
